Business Intelligence Lead - Automotive - Houston, TX
What You'll Be Doing:
- As our Business Intelligence Lead, you'll be the strategic visionary for enterprise.
- Establishing organization-wide BI best practices and design standards
- Leading the BI Community of Practice and influencing reporting strategies
- Developing sophisticated dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborating with IT to define technology and data standards
- Transforming complex data into compelling, actionable visualizations
- Mentoring BI developers and providing expert guidance
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of enterprise-level business intelligence experience
- Expert proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
- Exceptional analytical and communication capabilities
- Advanced certifications (Databricks, AWS) preferred
